CI 610
The CNi NcOneX CI610 numerical control, installed on CI610 hardware, uses Linux and Windows 10 Embedded operating systems.
This advanced solution offers complete functionality for CNC software, supporting up to 100 interpolated axes. It is compatible with various fieldbuses, including EtherCAT, Mechatrolink, CAN and E-NET, and allows a minimum axis interpolation update time of 0.5 milliseconds. In addition, it is able to manage up to 16 different processes in parallel.
CI 410
The CNi NcOneX CI410 numerical control, installed on CI410 hardware, uses the Linux operating system.
This solution offers complete functionality for the CNC software, limited in the number of interpolated axes. It is compatible with various fieldbuses, including EtherCAT, Mechatrolink, CAN and E-NET, and allows a minimum axis interpolation update time of 1 millisecond. In addition, it is able to manage different processes in parallel.
Micro NC
The CNi Micro NC numerical control is the entry level version for the CNC with NcOneX software. Based on 64-bit ARM © architecture, it uses the powerful IMX8plus, thanks to which it manages to obtain high performance despite its compact size and low cost.
This solution offers complete functionality for the CNC software and can interpolate up to 4 axes. It is compatible with various field buses, including EtherCAT, Mechatrolink, CAN and E-NET, and allows a minimum axis interpolation update time of 2 milliseconds.
It is also available in a version that includes an I/O expansion card.
