High Speed ​​Checkweighers
At the end of the food industry line, it is now mandatory to include machines to verify that the packages are compliant for sale. One of the most frequent inspections is the weight check, often also associated with the check for the presence of metals (metal detector). These checks must be performed at high speed, integrating perfectly into the production line and respecting all the constraints required by the mandatory certifications. CNI Group has developed specific hardware and software for checking the weight of products moving at high speed and with precision of a tenth of a gram. The systems developed for our partners are high-performance and feature-rich, allowing us to surpass the competition on the market.
High speed fruit and vegetable grading
The production of fruit and vegetables and their processing and selection before sale has created the need for dedicated equipment; from simple conveyors where selection was done by hand, we have now moved on to fully automatic sorting machines capable of assigning a category to each individual fruit based on weight, size, color, presence of defects and sugar content. Selection thus becomes repetitive, extremely fast as it is no longer subject to the operator because it is dictated by recipes preset according to precise rules. Continuous innovation and the results obtained with our reference partner have led us today to be first in the world in fruit selection, especially when performed for large volumes and at very high speed.
Quality in the Tissue sector
Even in the Tissue sector, in particular for toilet paper rolls and their packaging, the need for quality control on production has been felt. Systems based on cameras have been studied that are able to recognize a multitude of defects present in this type of production, in order to identify their presence, possibly discard non-compliant products and above all report them in order to intervene promptly on the production lines, given the volumes of material that are produced in a very short time.
