Since its inception, CNI Group has designed and manufactured customized electronic equipment (cards, modules, sensors) dedicated to industry, which today have multi-processor technology. These products are created for applications requested by customers or by the individual BUs of the group.

Hardware design uses the most up-to-date CAD and CAE tools to create and simulate complex electronic circuits and high-frequency PCB masters with controlled impedance, always ensuring high immunity to electromagnetic interference, correct heat dissipation, ergonomic industrialization of the product and fast prototyping of the container and accessories with 3D printers.

The S/w (Firmware) design creates all the specific drivers, the PLC machine logic and the HMI operator interface to implement all the required functions. The design is followed by assembly, testing of the prototypes – with their fine-tuning and verification of performance limits – and any re-engineering.

The project ends with the drafting of all the technical documentation and the user manuals. The high standards of work, the high professionalism of the staff, the excellent laboratory equipment together with the strict Quality Assurance and CE Certification procedures, guarantee excellent reliability of the products put into production and of their necessary spare parts even after they have been discontinued.
