On September 24th 2025, TEX AUTOMATION and CNI GROUP signed a long-term strategic agreement that confirms TEX’s entry into the CNI corporate structure.
This is an important step that consolidates a wide-ranging collaboration based on converging visions and shared values,
united by a passion for research and a common focus on the development of human resources.
The two companies, with a long-standing experience of almost half a century, are now joining forces to offer 360 ° knowledge of industrial processes, from hardware to software, from digital platforms to development environments. Two realities that come together and complement each other, creating an Italian centre of excellence capable of tackling the new challenges of technological transformation alongside all manufacturers of automatic machines and systems, always prioritising the reliability and safety of solutions.

The agreement between TEX and CNI lays the foundations for a shared, solid and future-orientated growth of industrial automation. It has been made possible thanks to the innovative vision of Costantini and Pasini, and is shared with their respective work groups, who have allowed its implementation.
